Tenant Maintenance Requests


FOR NON-EMERGENCY REQUESTS:

Tenant maintenance requests can be submitted online through your tenant portal. If you use the online portal, you will receive automatic status updates once a work order has been assigned to a vendor. If you need to speak with a property manager, you may call our office at 334-603-6830.


FOR EMERGENCY REQUESTS:

For emergency maintenance requests outside of normal business hours, call (334) 603-6830 and choose Option 2 and leave a voicemail message for the on-call agent.   Your message will answered as quickly as possible. In addition, we recommend submitting an online maintenance requests through your tenant portal.
